Your site office, in one chat.
Rafter runs the office side of a construction company from the director's phone: the morning briefing, jobs and snags, supplier orders and deliveries, weather and road alerts, and your Microsoft 365 email and calendar. By text or by voice.
What an assistant looks like in a real trade.
Rafter is the personal assistant we built for a construction company. These are screens from the app itself; the sites, tasks and figures are made up for this page.

What Rafter does every day
- Briefs the director every morning: today's jobs, deliveries, weather and traffic.
- Checks the roof window from the hourly forecast before booking outdoor work.
- Plans the day around drive times and live road delays, and alerts on road problems near live sites.
- Books visits into the Microsoft 365 calendar and drafts emails, sent only when the director says so.
- Emails suppliers to order felt, capping and flashings, and tracks the deliveries.
- Keeps tasks, snags, site photos and PDF reports for every job, by text or voice.
Example data throughout: The Old Bank, Riverside Apartments, Northgate Data Centre and a house in Malahide are not real clients.
Built for the way a site runs.
Rafter was built with an Irish roofing company and is set up for each customer: your sites, your team, your suppliers and your price list.
- For the director and the teamThe director plus 3 team sign-ins. Site foremen get a read-only view of jobs, tasks and deliveries.
- Works with Microsoft 365Outlook email and calendar, and OneDrive for files and photos.
- You stay in controlEmails and supplier orders are drafted for you and only go out when you say so.
- Your records stay privateRecords are stored in the EU, photos are opened with short-lived private links, and the AI providers do not train on your data.
One setup, one monthly rate.
Same terms as our other plans: a pilot month, then a minimum of 3 months and 30 days' notice.

Questions about Rafter.
Who pays the AI bills?
Rafter uses AI, voice and map services. You hold those accounts and pay the providers directly, usually about €150–230 a month depending on how much you use it. We set them up with you and keep an eye on the costs.
Does it work with Google Workspace?
Rafter is built on Microsoft 365 today: Outlook email and calendar, and OneDrive. If your company runs on Google, ask us on the free call.
What does the setup include?
We connect your Microsoft 365, set up your sites, team, suppliers and price list, and show you and your team how to use it on your phones.
Is there a founding offer?
Yes, for our first five customers: Rafter setup is €2,900 instead of €3,500, the first month has no monthly fee, and you keep €749 a month for 12 months. In return, if you're happy, we ask for a short testimonial.
