Your customers' data

When an AI agent answers calls, messages or emails for a client business, that business is the controller and LOVAC is the processor. The client's own privacy notice applies to callers, and our processing is governed by the data processing agreement described below.

Who we share data with

Service providers who process data for us under contract (our sub-processors): Vercel (website hosting), Hostinger (our automation server, United Kingdom), Google Workspace (email, calendar and booking records), Anthropic (the language model that writes chat and email replies), ElevenLabs (voice calls, transcripts and recordings), telephony carriers where a phone number is connected, and our accountants. Anthropic and ElevenLabs do not use our data to train their models. Where a provider is outside the EEA, transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or an adequacy decision (United Kingdom). A current list of sub-processors is available on request.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to info@lovac.io. We reply within one month. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission, 6 Pembroke Row, Dublin 2, D02 X963, dataprotection.ie.

Security

Our own systems are hosted in the EU and the United Kingdom; AI providers process conversations in the United States under the safeguards above. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to the people who need it, and the booking and email automations are protected by rate limits and secret keys. We do not sell personal data.

EU AI Act, Article 50 · transparency

AI disclosure

Our agents are artificial intelligence systems. Every agent we deploy tells people it is an AI assistant at the start of a call or chat, and anyone can ask to speak to a person or leave a message at any time. Agents can make mistakes; they do not make legal, medical or financial decisions, and they do not send anything on a client's behalf without that client's settings allowing it.

Calls and chats may be recorded and transcribed so the client business can act on them and so we can improve the agent. Recordings and transcripts are kept for 90 days unless the client sets a different period or the law requires longer. The agent's voice is synthetic and may be based on a licensed voice model; it does not imitate a real person without that person's consent.

On this website, the chat window and the "Call" button are LOVAC's own AI receptionist. It answers questions about our services from a fixed set of facts and can book a consultation call with us. Text replies are generated by Anthropic's Claude models and voice by ElevenLabs; the conversation, and the details you give for a booking, are stored in our Google Workspace and on our automation server as described in the privacy notice. It will tell you it is an AI, and you can reach a person at info@lovac.io or +353 87 101 9876 at any time.

Terms of service

1. The service

LOVAC designs, sets up and operates AI agents that answer calls, messages and emails and book appointments for the client's business, as described in the plan the client selects and the written proposal that follows the discovery call.

2. Fees

A one-off setup fee, agreed in the proposal within the ranges published on lovac.io, is payable before work starts. The monthly fee is payable in advance from the go-live date. Usage beyond the plan's fair-use limits, such as unusually high call volumes, is discussed and agreed before it is charged.

3. Term and cancellation

The service runs month to month after go-live. Either party can end it with 30 days' written notice. Setup fees are not refundable once setup work has begun. On termination we return or delete the client's data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep records.

4. The client's responsibilities

The client provides accurate information about its services, prices and hours, keeps its own privacy notice up to date to cover the agent, has the right to use the phone numbers and accounts it connects, and does not use the agent for unlawful purposes, spam or impersonation.

5. Our responsibilities

We build and maintain the agent with reasonable skill and care, monitor it, and fix faults promptly. We aim for 99.5% monthly availability of the agent, excluding planned maintenance and failures of third-party carriers or platforms outside our control.

6. AI limits

The agent is an AI system and may misunderstand or make mistakes. The client remains responsible for the commitments made to its customers and should review bookings and messages. We are not liable for decisions made in reliance on the agent's output.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees paid by the client in that period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit.

8. Intellectual property

The client owns its content, data and brand. LOVAC owns the agent's design, prompts, workflows and software and grants the client a licence to use them for the duration of the service.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and the Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction.

GDPR Article 28

Processing on behalf of clients

For every client we sign a data processing agreement covering: the subject matter and duration of processing; the categories of data (callers' names, contact details, appointment details, call recordings and transcripts); our obligation to process only on the client's documented instructions; confidentiality of our staff; security measures; the use of approved sub-processors with notice of changes; assistance with data subject requests and breach notification within 72 hours; deletion or return of data at the end of the service; and audit rights. The DPA and the current sub-processor list are available on request from info@lovac.io.

Accessibility statement

We want lovac.io to be usable by everyone. The site uses semantic headings and landmarks, visible keyboard focus, sufficient colour contrast, text that reflows on small screens, and it respects the "reduce motion" setting: the animated introduction stays scroll-driven and drops its ambient motion. Everything the animation says is also available as text. If anything is hard to use, email info@lovac.io and we will fix it or provide the content another way.
