Will customers know they're talking to an AI?
Yes. The agent introduces itself as an AI assistant at the start of every call and chat, as EU rules require, and anyone can ask for a person at any time.
What happens when it can't help?
It takes a message with the caller's details and reason, sends it to you straight away, or transfers the call to a number you choose during your hours.
Which systems does it connect to?
Google and Microsoft 365 calendars, most CRMs, your existing phone number and your website. Custom integrations are part of the Partner and Custom plans.
How long does setup take?
Most Receptionist and Growth setups are live within one to two weeks of the discovery call. Larger integrations take longer, and we agree the timeline up front.
